Bodily Injury Liability

Protects you against financial loss when you are held legally responsible for a golf cart accident causing injury or death to someone else. This golf cart insurance coverage also includes the legal costs involved in your defense for a covered suit as well as court costs and bail bond expenses.

Property Damage

Covers you against financial loss if you are found liable for damage to other people’s property caused by your golf cart.

Medical Payments

Pays reasonable and necessary medical expenses, up to the selected limits, directly resulting from an accident with your golf cart. This golf cart insurance coverage may include expenses for medical care, recovery, rehabilitation and remedial care, as outlined in your policy.

Uninsured/Underinsured Bodily Injury

Pays benefits for bodily injury or death of you (and any passengers) if you are struck by:

  • a golf cart driver who doesn’t have insurance
  • a golf cart driver who has some insurance but not enough to cover the losses that result from the accident
  • a “hit and run” golf cart driver that you cannot identify

Other Than Collision (Comprehensive)

  • Pays for damage to your golf cart caused by events such as fire, theft, riot, windstorm and hail. Insurance benefit pays up to the actual cash value, less your deductible.

Collision

Pays for damage to your golf cart caused by collision (contact with a physical object such as another golf cart or structure.) Insurance benefit pays up to the actual cash value, less your deductible.

Towing and Labor

Pays up to the selected limit for towing of your golf cart when it is inoperable, whether or not there is an accident involved.
