Fire / Burglary System Credits

Upgrade your condo security with a combination of burglar alarms and a sprinkler system and save even more. Even dead-bolt locks and smoke detectors can provide additional savings. You can also get an additional credit on your already affordable condo insurance if your condominium community offers 24-hour security guard services.

Retiree Credit

If you and your spouse are retired or work less than 24 hours a week, you are eligible for a discount.

(The Retiree Credit does not apply to secondary residences.)
